Not pleased! Not as advertised

The picture as advertised is clear with a sharp image. The ornament I received is blurry and not like advertised. This is disappointing because this is a gift to my daughter to put on her own tree. It is my tradition to buy one ornament to remember her accomplishments she’s made throughout the year and I chose our ski trip.
